Every March, we come together as one company to celebrate our unique diversity on International Women’s Day (IWD) across all of our markets. IWD brings focus to the topic of gender equality, but it’s also an opportunity to reflect on all forms of diversity that helps our company grow, innovate, and create a unique culture.

    Our company-wide Parental Leave Policy, no matter where they’re based across the region, offers all new parents eight weeks of paid leave, plus an additional eight weeks for birthing parents. We actively encourage employees and managers to have multiple touchpoints throughout the year to provide constructive feedback and coaching on a continuous basis. We’ve eliminated the annual performance review as we know more regular dialogue will lead to better performance. It puts each of us at the heart of our performance and development. We own it.

    Our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a valuable and robust wellbeing resource available to all of our employees and their immediate family members – offering free and confidential access to resources such as counseling, legal services, professional service referrals, financials planning, and more. This access supports our people through life’s events.

We partner with Cigna to provide benefits to our U.S.-based employees. In compliance with the federal Transparency in Coverage Rule, machine-readable files are available to help researchers, regulators, and application developers easily access and analyze data. This information is related to medical procedure codes and Cigna’s negotiated rates and out-of-network allowed amounts for those codes.
